Dear Ocean Breeze Village Residents,

We hope the Universal Properties’ Summer Community BBQ on August 14th was a
success and enjoyed by everyone that was able to attend.

Members of our team had initially planned to attend, but upon further discussion, we felt
it was better to separate the BBQ, which was meant to be a celebration for the
community, and engagement around the redevelopment.

We are in the process of scheduling a resident drop-in session this Fall so those
interested can have one-on-one or small group discussions with members of our team
about the redevelopment and matters related to the current community. We will
schedule these at times to allow residents to stop in during the day or evening.

We value our relationship with Ocean Breeze residents and appreciate your
understanding as we continue to find the best ways to support and engage with you.
