Dexter Construction Company Ltd. has provided the notice below to Ocean Breeze Village residents concerning a water shut-off in the community.

On December 10th, 2025, as part of ongoing work to renew water, sanitary, and storm mains within the limits of Ocean Breeze Village, water will be temporarily shut off for certain residents from approximately 9am to approximately 5pm. Impacted buildings are highlighted in the map below.

We ask that you store a supply of water for cooking, cleaning, flushing toilets, etc. We also ask that you refrain from using appliances dependent on hot water, and if possible, to shut these appliances and your hot water tank off during construction, to prevent elements from burning out.

We apologize in advance for any inconveniences this necessary work may cause you and appreciate your cooperation during this work.
