    Thanks for your inquiry. 

    Residents choosing to move out of Ocean Breeze on or before October 1, 2024 and who wish to receive the final three months of rent-free tenure, plus a one-time payment of Three Thousand Five Hundred dollars ($3,500.00) for relocation assistance, will receive their payment when their DR5 form is completed and they have vacated their unit. For residents wishing to receive payment of three months’ rent, monies will be issued when the premises are vacated. For those choosing to move out of Ocean Breeze on or before October 1, 2024, they will also qualify for a one-time payment of One Thousand dollars ($1,000.00), which will be paid at the time of vacating.  All residents will need to provide proof of residency before the $3500 and/or $1000 is issued. 

    Residents choosing to move out of Ocean Breeze between October 2, 2024, and December 31, 2024 and who wish to receive the final three months of rent-free tenure plus a one-time payment of Three Thousand Five Hundred dollars ($3,500.00) for relocation assistance, will receive their payment when their DR5 form is completed and they have vacated their unit. For residents wishing to receive payment of three months’ rent, payment will be issued when the premises are vacated.
