Upon signing and submission of the DR5, when will the compensation be paid? Will it be paid soon after the execution of the document, or is it paid only after the tenant vacates the premises?

The 3-month rent payment and the $3,500 moving incentive are issued after completing your move-out and unit inspection. If you prefer to apply the 3-month compensation as rent relief during your final months, this can be arranged; please contact your Property Manager to discuss further.
